Portal for ArcGIS: hospedado/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: a tentativa de conexão falhou

Mensagem de Erro

No ArcGIS Enterprise, ao tentar carregar uma camada de feição hospedada no Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer ou ArcGIS Dashboards, a mensagem de erro abaixo é retornada intermitentemente.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: The connection attempt failed.

Em alguns casos, a mensagem de erro descrita abaixo está presente nos logs do ArcGIS Server que hospeda o sistema, além da mensagem de erro anterior.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: Connection to <Machine_Name>:9876 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

Causa

O programa antivírus instalado na máquina interrompe a comunicação entre o ArcGIS Server e o armazenamento de dados relacionais.

Configurar exceções do antivírus

Configure o software antivírus para excluir certos processos ou diretórios relacionados ao ArcGIS. Consulte Microsoft: adicionar uma exclusão à Segurança do Windows para obter instruções. • Diretórios do ArcGIS Server:

\arcgisserver\config-store\

Note:
After completing the necessary tasks, reinstate the exempted directories.

Desativar ou remover o programa antivírus

Warning:
Proceed with the following workaround with caution, as disabling or removing the antivirus program potentially exposes the machine to security risks.

Desative ou remova o programa antivírus nas máquinas do ArcGIS Enterprise. Consulte Microsoft: Desativar a proteção antivírus Defender no Windows Security para instruções.

Se o antivírus for um programa de terceiros, desative-o temporariamente.

Note:
After completing the necessary tasks, reactivate the antivirus program, as it safeguards the machine from potential security threats. To reactivate Microsoft Defender, refer to Microsoft: Turn on Microsoft Defender Antivirus for instructions. If a third-party antivirus was disabled, reenable it.
