Erro
XML of the 'Definition' field in the GDB_ITEMS table does not reflect the newly added field in a feature class.

The geodatabase only writes field info to the DEFeatureClassInfo stored in the gdb_items definition if a property is requested that cannot be retrieved from the database. Alias, ModelName, Default value, Domain are examples that would cause the field to be written. ArcGIS Pro's implementation happens to request a matching (to the field name) Alias be set in the default, causing the XML to be updated.Solução Provisória
