When building with the v100.2.1 release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET and running in Debug Configuration it may be necessary to disable (uncheck) the `Use Shared Runtime` option in project properties > Android Options (this setting does not apply to Release configuration). This issue is not reproducible with the v100.3 release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET.
