Erro
When viewing cached map services using cached on demand with the JavaScript API and the JavaScript viewer at REST, tiles from additional scale levels added post-publication do not display and no requests are made at REST to these scale levels. In the ArcGIS Online map viewer, the additional layers display with no issue.

Solução Provisória
1. Connect to the service in Server Manager, right-click on it, and choose 'Service Properties'. 2. Open the 'Caching' tab. 3. Move the sliders for the scale levels over to encompass the newly-added Scale Levels. 4. Restart the service.Etapas para Reproduzir
