When using ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure to register a PostgreSQL database with ArcGIS Server, selecting the database not to be configured as managed causes it to be registered as managed regardless.

Complete this workflow and click the Edit button to the right of the database. Uncheck the Managed database checkbox and click Save. This will make the database connection to check the database.
