When using a domain to label a feature class before publishing to ArcGIS for Server, the JavaScript viewer displays the coded value instead of the description.

- Right-click on the feature class in ArcMap and select 'Convert labels to annotation'.
- Select OK in the next window.
- Publish the annotations with the feature class.
