When there is a change to the portal system properties, and if the portal fails to write to files in the backend, enhanced logging and error messages must be returned.

Solução Provisória

Manually change the URL Rewrite and gw-config files to the correct value respective of the privateportalURL and restart the portal.

• C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#sharing\WEB-INF\urlrewrite.xml
• C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#sharing\WEB-INF\classes\resources\gw-config.properties.
