Erro
When running the Apply Event Behaviors tool with the Event Realign rule set to Cover, the FromDates appear to be incorrectly set to the date of the realignment.

This defect is resolved in the ArcGIS Server 11.1 ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 2. This patch now available on the support site at: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-server-11-1-arcgis-pipeline-referencing-arcgis-roads-and-highways-patch-2.
