Erro
When Rotation is applied, the parameter of the position of the label does not reflect what is selected in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.2.

This is expected behavior. If any of the offset placement options are selected, the label is placed at the offset distance and rotated to the specified angle. The selected placement position is overridden, and the placement is determined by the angle when an attribute value is chosen to rotate labels.
