Erro
When publishing from ArcGIS Pro 2.2.0 and later versions, the Join Features tool fails in an ArcGIS Online hosted feature service when the join operation is performed between a shapefile and a feature class based on the ObjectID field.

Solução Provisória
- Export the shapefile to a feature class and perform the join operation.
- Perform the join operation on any other field with the same data type and length (recommended).
