Erro

When populating the print template legend, the ArcGIS for Server 10.3 and 10.4 printing services do not honor the title component of the ExportWebMap specification when printing feature services and instead populate it with the feature service layer's name attribute.

This issue is not addressed for print services published from ArcMap. It is highly recommended to use a print service published from ArcGIS Pro, where this issue is resolved.
