When opening a web layer from its item details page into Map Viewer with a default basemap of coordinate system 3157 (NAD1983 CSRS UTM Zone 10 N), and EPSG: 25830 - ETRS89 / UTM zone 30N, and EPSG: EPSG:25832 - ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N, the map is briefly drawn, and then the map extent is changed to an invalid location that appears blank.

1. In the Map Viewer, select ‘Zoom to’ for the desired layer in the layer list.
2. Use Map Viewer Classic.
3. Add data from Map. Navigate to Map, Layers, Add, My Content and Add.
4. Define the extent. In 'Overview of the Map Image Layer', navigate to Settings, General, Extent, Edit Extent and Draw Extent.
