Erro
When obtaining a FeatureLayer from the scene control and changing some rendering properties, the rendering properties are never changed in the scene control when the redraw is called.

Workaround that is useful but not the best is by removing the layer from the scenecontrol and re adding the layer and redrawing. Then the rendering changes are displayed in the scene control.
