Turn off the default setting in the Layer to KML tool, named "Clamped features to ground." Create the KML to set the data on the surface of the Earth. Alternatively, create the KML with this setting turned on, and in the KML client, set the position of the feature to something other than "Clamped features to ground;" this creates the feature in 3D.Solução Provisória
If there are very few features, use the Multipatch to Collada tool. Extrude the footprints of the multipatch and export to KML.Etapas para Reproduzir
