Erro
When downloading an offline area in ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2.x from a map with a sideloaded tile package, the map extent box is not visible, and the offline area fails to download and returns an error message, "Unable to export the cache, estimated tile count is greater than the max export tiles count (xxxxxxx) that is set for the service".

Solução Provisória
- Do not use a combination of a device sideloaded tile package basemap and tile layer in a map. (Choose one or the other).
- Zoom in to only download a small area of the map.
