When attempting to add a secured hosted feature layer service in two different ArcGIS Online organisations, the following error message is returned: "There was an error." This is prohibited between organizations. To share an item across organizations, use the 'Create groups' work flow in ArcGIS Online, invite users from different organizations, and share the item to that group.
