Erro
When ArcGIS Hub sites are created and deleted across different channels (Python Window vs AGOL or VS Code vs AGOL), residual elements are left behind. This inconsistency leads to a failure to recreate the site using the same name or subdomain.

It is not recommended to delete Hub-related items/groups directly from ArcGIS Online (outside the Hub interface), as this has been known to cause unintended consequences to Hub sites in the past. All Hub-related items and groups are delete-protected in ArcGIS Online for this reason. Any management tasks related to Hub sites must be performed from within the Hub Interface.
