Erro
When appending a layer in ArcGIS Online with a layer stored locally, the geometry of the data in ArcGIS Online is not updated.

Null values are being used to match to other Null values in the reproducible case. This condition produces no matches and so no rows are updated in the target dataset. This is expected. However, when no matches are found, the two unmatched input rows must be appended to the target. This latter behavior is a known bug in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x that was addressed for Pro 3.2+.Solução Provisória
For updating target rows, the input and target match values must not be Null. Null values do not generate a match.
