When an ArcGIS Online organization contains a large amount of content, full credit details do not display in the Overview user interface (UI).

Solução Provisória

• In ArcGIS Online, under the Organization tab, click Status and navigate to the details page. From there, enter a date range and view the credit status as normal.
• Use reports instead. The call to per itemStatus needs more time to complete processing than creating usage reports. It can also grab information from Postman for a shorter period of time (a few hours compared to one day) using the epoch time parameter.
