When a tool has been added to a toolbar from the context menu is removed from the toolbar it does not return to the context menu

Solução Provisória

To recover the tool the user will have to rename 'Normal.mxt'From Steve: If your intent is to copy a command to a new bar, add the command from the Commands tab. Also, you can reset your context menu to its original state by right-clicking on it in customize mode (where they were dragged off) and select 'Reset'.
