Erro
When a task with an attached tactical summary report is created and assigned in ArcGIS Mission Manager, the submitted report does not link to the originating task, resulting in a missing task ID in the report pop-up and an empty 'report_url' field in the task attributes.

When a report is added to a task, the task and report have a loose association that is difficult to track. Their is a Task ID field in each report that is submitted along with a task, but it has a sequential numbering system where the task id field of the report is based on the order that the task it was assigned to falls in the queue.
