Erro
When a 'select one field' type is set as a relevant question and contains approximately 4,000 choices, the form fails to publish with the error, "Publishing error. code: 499. Error transferring https://survey123.arcgis.com/api/beta/xform2webform - server replied: Proxy Error."

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of Survey123. If experiencing the behavior described in this defect, reach out to Esri Technical Support for further investigation.Solução Provisória
Survey123 Connect app has the option to not create the web form on publishing a survey. Disabling this option enables a user to publish a survey that contains a choice list of over 4,000 in length but this is not applicable in case the requirement has use of Survey123 web as well.
