Erro
Web maps in ArcGIS Online do not update properly to display up-to-date changes to underlying map services when the 'Allow per request modification of layer order and symbology' option is enabled on the map service, and symbology changes are applied to individual layers in the web map.

This is by design. For example, if users change symbology and save the web map, the change is saved even if the service changes. This is the correct behavior, the saved symbology overwrites in this specific webmap.Solução Provisória
