Erro
Using the Split tool on a hosted layer with the local copy for editing workflow in ArcMap returns the following error, "The feature could not be split. Field is not editable. The operation was attempted on an empty geometry."

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
