Erro
Using a varchar data type as the unique ID for an SQL database view causes issues when querying the layer ID URL in the Portal for ArcGIS map viewer.

This defect was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported. The issue is not reproducible in later versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer. If experiencing this behavior, contact Esri Support Services, as a new reproduction case is needed to continue the investigation.Solução Provisória
Add the map service, and deselect the unwanted layers on the web map display, or publish another service that only contains the desired layers.
