1. The ArcGIS AppStudio app for desktop created with the Map Viewer template do not share the same credentials. The users can create, run the app through the templates without actually signing in ArcGIS AppStudio. 2. The expected behavior of an app is to auto-sign in as it is a built-in feature for the templates app like Map Viewer in ArcGIS AppStudio. 3. If the user does not want to auto-sign the next time they open the app, they should manually sign-out every single time from the app first to ensure their credentials are not cached.
