Upon creating a new feature on a web app, the new feature is not instantaneously displayed in ArcGIS Pro.

ArcGIS Pro does not actively refresh data from the server and there is currently no capability from the server to push updates to clients. To view the current state of the data, use the refresh button at the bottom corner of the map to manually refresh the display.
