Erro
Upgrading ArcGIS Collector version from 19.2 to 20.1 while having an offline area on the device disconnects the offline area post upgrade, making the area unacceptable.

This behavior was tested by upgrading from ArcGIS Collector version 19.2 to version 20.1/20.2 and offline map areas were still accessible on the device and sync still completed successfully with existing offline edits. Therefore, this behavior was not reproducible.Solução Provisória
Prevent ArcGIS Collector from auto updating through the device settings until it is ready to sync. Manually remove the offline area and re-download a new one post upgrade.
