Erro
Updating a sent survey that is connected to a feature service from ArcGIS Server that is federated with Portal (not hosted) results in the following error: "Unable to Complete Operation. Error code 400."

Solução Provisória
This should be fixed in the upcoming Survey123 release (2.3). For the time being, hosted feature services are the only workaround.Etapas para Reproduzir
