The tool works as expected when the X and Y fields are mapped in the Field Matching Type. However, the documentation is to be enhanced to have clearer information in Error and Solution documentation.Solução Provisória
Before running the tool, go down to the Fields section and select 'Use the field map to reconcile field differences' as the Field Matching Type. Then map the X and Y fields to the esrignss_latitude and esrignss_longitude fields that are part of the Signs feature layer (can also add standard X/Y fields to the feature layer). The tool runs successfully now.
