Organization reports are downloaded as CSV files. By default, opening the CSV file will not have UTF-8 encoding enabled. Encoding the CSV using the UTF-8 format, or opening the file in another program with the UTF-encoding set, will result in the characters "ทดสอบ" displaying as expected.Solução Provisória
Save the .csv file in UTF-8 BOM encoding, and the Thai characters is viewed correctly.
