Erro
Unable to view layers in a group by a built-in user in Portal for ArcGIS when the owner of the layers is an enterprise Integrated Window Authenticator (IWA) member, with the error "Layer ### can't be added to the map".

This is a known limitation. Portal for ArcGIS does not support using Integrated Windows Authentication and the Built-in Identity Store concurrently. There is a relevant section in the following documentation: "Supporting multiple identity stores" http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/managing-access-to-your-portal.htm Portal for ArcGIS Only supports using multiple identity stores when configured with SAML 2.0 via Enterprise Logins.
