Unable to save changes to, or publish, the Water Service Line Material Survey in the Lead Service Line ArcGIS Solution and returns the error, "Error: 404: Resource does not exist or is inaccessible.".

1. If deployed in Portal for ArcGIS, using the 'Save As' option to create a copy of the Survey requires navigating to <Installation location>\arcgisportal\content\items\<item ID of the copy of the feature layer associated with the copy of the Survey>.
2. Move the 'resources' folder to the original hosted feature layer's file path location.

This allows editing, saving, and publishing changes to the Water Service Line Material Survey in the ArcGIS Solution.
