Unable to extract KML and shapefiles from a web map using a developer account within a group shared by an ArcGIS Online organization.

Solução Provisória

1. Login into arcgis.com as a developer account user.
2. Select Group tab > select the desired group > select the desired web map > click any preferred layer under the layers option.
3. A new tab opens.
4. Under the preferred layer, click the Export to drop-down option, and select either Export to Shapefile, or Export to KML.
5. Fill in the required details on the Export to Shapefile, or KML wizard.
6. Click Export.
7. A new Shapefile or KML is saved under My Content.

Note: This workaround is only valid for feature services hosted in ArcGIS Online. A user with secure service credentials can also use the extract data operation, refer to the following link, https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/analysis/api-reference/extract-data.htm in the REST Services Directory of ArcGIS GIS Server.
