Unable to edit the Time settings on a feature layer created from the ArcGIS Survey123 web app in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.

Solução Provisória

1. Open the layer in by navigating to the details page, sublayer and copy the URL. (For feature layer created by publishing a survey from the ArcGIS Survey123 web app.)
2. Paste into a new tab.
3. In item details page, open web traffic and try to enable the settings.
4. Open the proxy request and copy the request header.
5. On the tab where the URL was pasted, add admin to the URL after rest.
6. Open Update Definition and paste the request header.
7. Set it to True, JSON and Update.
8. After it returns success, go back to portal item details, refresh and the time has been enabled.
