This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.Solução Provisória
To make the Road Closure layer editable in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer, follow the following steps:
- Navigate to the REST or admin endpoint of the feature service, such as the following link, https://machinename/arcgis/rest/admin/services/Hosted/<servicename/FeatureServer/.
- Click Update Definition.
- Update the definition to {"hasZ" : false}.
