Unable to access the Portal homepage from an external network after launching Esri ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Server on Ubuntu with PostgreSQL (May 2016) image on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Accessing Portal through 7443 is supported from internal network, not from outside network. Thus not from publicIP from outside AWS. The steps in workaround are correct.Solução Provisória
From the Amazon instance, open the Portal home app using the private IP URL. Then build the portal site on the Amazon instance. After this, deploy an ArcGIS Web Adaptor to allow access over ports 80 and 443.Etapas para Reproduzir
