Tab order relies on the `tabIndex` attribute. From what it appears, only the first cell of the first column has this attribute. In the second example, the first column (and the first cell) are hidden (field: FID). While that cell is hidden, the `tabIndex` attribute is ignored, and hitting tab skips over the cell to the column changer (+) button. The solution is to add `tabindex="0"` to the first cell in the first "visible" column, whenever column visibility changes (and remove that property when applicable).
