Turkish special characters in the domain list of values in web maps published in Portal for ArcGIS are not displayed correctly on the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.

This issue was addressed for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 with the installation of the following patch - https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/arcgis-server-11-1-map-service-and-custom-data-feeds-patch Once this patch is installed, the issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps.Solução Provisória
- Remove Turkish special characters from the domain list one by one. In Portal for ArcGIS, on the Content tab, click the feature layer. Click Data > Fields and click the domain. Then, click Edit Values List.
- Republish without the Turkish characters.
