Thick line symbology displays incorrectly when a group layer with other layers that are transparent/raster data/BMP symbols, evenif the thick line symbol layer is above all transparent/raster data/BMP symbols.

Solução Provisória

Remove the thick line symbol layer out of and on top the group layer; in the test case example, both 'energetika - linie' and 'chopav' layers.
