Erro
There is an inconsistent height representation in 3D web scene layers in ArcGIS Enterprise when the points are generated from the centroids of polygons.

The data are created with a projected coordinate system with units in feet and no vertical coordinate system (VCS). The feature layer had an offset applied with units in meter in ArcGIS Pro. After creating the scene layer, the unit conversion was done correctly. When the same cartographic offset is applied, the points draw at the same location as the original data. When creating scene layers, an absolute height is defined. Apply any cartographic offset after creating the scene layer.Etapas para Reproduzir
