Erro
There are inconsistent selections when using the Select Layer By Attribute tool to select a specific globally unique identifier (GUID).

Something has corrupted this particular cell. To fix the issue, run the Calculate Field tool and calculate the value of the field to be equal to itself (New_ID = NEW_ID). This restores the cell, and the Select By Attributes is then able to locate this value.Solução Provisória
There are two viable workarounds:
- Export the feature class using the Export Features tool, and try the selection.
- Copy the feature class into another geodatabase, and test the selection on the copied feature class.
