The X-Ray tool returns an error on a table when processing a specific dataset, and freezes ArcCatalog.

This is a known limitation of X-Ray. X-ray is requires Microsoft Excel and Excel is not able to handle the length of the strings in the provided dataset (annotation). This is also a limitation in X-ray on the complexity of the collection of symbols supported when using annotation. The best workaround is to use ArcGIS for Catalog data management tools to avoid the limitation.Solução Provisória
