The issue cannot be reproduced at this time. If you are experiencing this behavior, please contact Esri Support Services, as a new reproduction case is required to further the investigation.

Solução Provisória

1.Go to to arcgisdatastore>etc>datastore.properties on both datastore machines.

2.You should see an option that says: failover_on_primary_stop=false (default)

This option should be set to true, so replace FALSE with TRUE and save the file.

3.Navigate also to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DataStore\framework\etc\datastore.properties, and change the same option found in this file to TRUE as well for both datastore machines.

4.Restart the Datastore Services.

5.Test failover and it should be successful this time around.
