The Trace Geometric Network tool fails with error "000584: Implementation of this Tool's Validate is invalid" when run from Python.

Solução Provisória

Create a model with the Trace Geometric Network tool inside. Import the custom toolbox into Python and run the model to complete the trace in Python. When you paste the script into python, if you flip all the '/' to '\' and put an 'r' in front of the quoted strings. This will allow the tool to run in 10.1 final. With 10.1 SP1, that workaround will no longer be required.
