Erro
The time slider in Map Viewer does not honor the cumulative start and end times of multiple time-enabled feature layers and does not have advanced options to set additional parameters.

The issue is not reproducible. The Advanced Time Slider options are available in Map Viewer in the Map Properties settings. Refer to https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/configure-time-mv.htm for more information. The interval and data spacing settings determine the end date shown in the slider.Solução Provisória
Use Map Viewer Classic to create a web map, add the time-enabled feature layers, and work with the time slider.
