The Story Map Shortlist app template hosted in Internet Information Services (IIS) prevents flipping through point features if a reference layer within the application is selected first.

This issue has been fixed in the ArcGIS Online hosted app via our 5.3 release on Wednesday 20th Sept. The downloadable code will be updated this week. Please watch for the September release on this page: https://github.com/Esri/storymap-shortlist/releases

Solução Provisória

In order to select the features using the window after clicking on a reference layer, close and reopen the left panel.
