This issue is not reproducible.Solução Provisória
- Navigate to the service via ArcGIS Server Manager, and click Save and Restart.
- Navigate back to the ArcGIS Server REST API for the map service. Note that the service's Description and Copyright Text are now populated with information from the metadata.
