The outline color of features created using the Add Map Notes option is not displayed in the legend when printing with a custom print service and custom templates in the Portal for ArcGIS map viewer.

This issue is unable to be addressed within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to print services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise should resolve this issue. If the issue continues to affect the work, please contact Esri Technical Support.
