Erro
The oriented imagery 360-degree footprints fail to display correctly in ArcGIS Online if Z values are enabled during the oriented imagery creation.

Solução Provisória
The issue is caused by the DEM layers. Currently, removing the elevation source (DEM) value from the layer helps with the footprint issue.
